A Bed of Italian gardenia

Bruchetta Ala Alia!!

My favourite vegetarian snack especially during a nice sunny day like today!  All you need is a bunch of close friends, Bruchetta and a bottle of Red...What could be better than this?

Ingredients:

A stick of fresh Baguetter or super market one will do
4 cloves of fresh minced garlic
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
sea sallt
coarse black pepper
4 fresh Tomatoes sliced how ever you like preferably small enough to fit in the the small cut bread.
A bunch fresh basil leaves
goat Feta or fresh Mozarella but I like Goat feta better as it has a sweet flavor that just go perfectly with Tomato and Basil.

Follow this:

Cut the baguette to your liking! Don't cut it to thick cause it wont crisp when you toast it.  Put them in a big bowl, shower them with Olive oil then message it with minced garlic.
I tend to leave them for a minute or two just to let the oil and garlic soak in to the bread. Then either toast/ grill each side of the bread until you can feel the crunch (don't worry if you burn them a bit, it meant to be like that trust me!)

keep them cool then prepare the Italian dream salada!  Cut Tomato to your liking ( I tend to trow some of the seeds out as it tends to wet the bread but its entirely up to you) mix them with sprinkled feta cheese ( alot of cheese). Before you serve it you want to drizzle a bit of balsamic and olive oil.  Seasoned them with a bit of salt and pepper. When that is done, quickly serve them on top of the bread then garnish each bread with basil....Finish each bruchetta with a splash of olive oil and balsamic.

nom nom!
