Dinner for two

Tonight is the night that I get to cook a special 3 course dinner for my married friends.  They both have been such a great help since I have been pregnant. Since they are expecting soon, I thought it would be nice that I come over to their house and cook them an exquisite meal.

I have given them choices for their menu tonight,  I am not going to tell you what they because I just think that it's such a tease!  However, I am going to tell you what they decided to have on their menu tonight.

Menu:

Entree: 

Vietnamese Spring Roll serve with home made peanut sweet and sour sauce

Main:

Pulled pork adobo burrito with avocado and mango salsa

Dessert:

Lava cake serve with home made caramel

It seems like a lot of work but I have 5 hours to prepare the pork and the spring rolls.  Don't worry people When I am done, I will take some photos and post up my recipes.
