DEEP FRIED SQUID
Spotted a whole fresh squid and decided to chop it into little finger size. It was the hardest thing to do, I had a hard time to avoid the strong fishy smell out of my nosetrill.
yes! I should not have done it but it was worth the smell and the hard work of pulling every disgusting gooey part of the giant sea monster. In the end it became the most crispiest and tastiest finger food you ever put into your mouth...
Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
1 cups of cornflour
1 bowl full of long cut squid
2 teaspoons of ground coriander
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of salt
Mix them together! marinate the squid pieces with lemon juice, leave it for about 30 minutes. Dust it into the flour mixture. Then deep fried a small amount at a time until golden brown. Repeat until all squid are deep fried. Serve it with spicy mayo
Spicy Mayo
1cup of mayo
4 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of tobasco
a pinch of minced garlic
Mix then serve...
