My new pleasure these days is discovering Ingredients to create my favorite meal. My spices of the day is Tio Pablo Chipotle de plata, Mexican seasoning mix.
This spice is my essential ingredient to make pork adobo, it has that spicy flavor and for me it really takes me to Mexico. For someone who knows me well obviously know I have never been to mexico. But I have been to Mexican restaurant, to me the food takes me there and this seasoning really takes me there!!!
Anyway, This spice can be used in a lot of way. BBQ marinate, burrito or even salsa. I have only used it one way but I cannot wait for summer when I will experiment using this seasoning mix on prawns to BBQ.... YUMMM!!!
